My Story

I'm Anastaysia — an artist and illustrator with a love for making things by hand and making them well. Whether I'm at an easel painting a commissioned portrait, designing a custom graphic for a brand, or threading a design through an embroidery machine, I bring the same care and intention to every piece.

Embroidery Digitization

Converting artwork into stitch-perfect machine embroidery files (DST, PES, JEF, VP3). Test-stitched before delivery.

We talk

Every commission or custom project starts with a conversation. Tell me your idea, your timeline, and any references you love. I'll ask questions until I understand exactly what you're after.

Concept & approval

Before I commit brush to canvas or pixel to artboard, you'll see sketches or rough concepts. Revisions are part of the process — I don't move forward until you're genuinely excited.

Create

The real work happens here. Paintings are worked in layers; graphics are refined until every line sings; embroidery files are tested on real fabric and tweaked until the stitch count and coverage is exactly right.

Deliver

Originals and prints are packaged with care and shipped to your door. Digital files land in your inbox with clear instructions. And I follow up to make sure you're happy.

Use the contact form on the home page or email me directly. Tell me the subject, approximate size, your preferred medium (acrylic, watercolour, mixed media), and any reference images you love. I'll reply within 48 hours with availability and a quote.

Smaller paintings (up to 8×10") typically take 2–3 weeks from deposit to completion. Larger or more complex pieces take 4–6 weeks. I'll give you a specific timeline when we discuss your project. Rush turnaround may be available — just ask.

All custom graphic projects are delivered as PNG (transparent background), SVG (vector), PDF (print-ready), and PSD (layered, editable) unless you need something else. A commercial use licence is included with every project.

I deliver DST, PES, JEF, VP3, XXX, and EXP as standard. If you need a different format, just ask — I can usually accommodate it. Every file is test-stitched on appropriate stabiliser and fabric before I send it to you.

Yes! Prints and original paintings ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. All originals are tracked and insured.
